Altbier is a brew rooted in history and beautiful in its simplicity. For our take on the style, we pushed a spicy and herbaceous noble hop profile to balance out the toffee, caramel and brown sugar aromatics. A pinch of rye adds a dry and earthy finish for a light-bodied pour that pairs perfectly with leaf peeping.
