Oregon Strata Wet Hop IPA

Just hours after they are picked at the fifth-generation farm in Oregon, our brewers used these wet Strata hops in one special brew. The Crosby Farms fresh hops lend a pleasant grassy flavor with berry and melon aromas, with a soft yet mildly bitter finish that is reminiscent of grapefruit pith. The brew team kept the malt profile light to let the fresh hops shine.
